Rj currently serves as a Global Sourcing, Purchasing Manager at Accelera by Cummins since March 2023 and has held a similar position at Cummins Inc. since September 2017, where Rj also worked as a Global Sourcing Manager. Prior to this, Rj spent nearly a decade at Caterpillar Inc., where responsibilities included serving as an Application Development Product Manager, leading the design and launch of NPI High Hp engines, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert for new product development on heat exchangers and cooling systems for marine engines.
