Andy Hilliard

Andy Hilliard has had a long and successful career in business development and technology services. Andy began their professional career in 1988 as a Small Business Development Consultant for the US Peace Corps. In 1997, they became a Regional Manager for ABT, which was later acquired by Niku and then CA Technologies. In 1998, they were appointed Director of Sales, Latin America, US East Coast for YOUcentric, which was later acquired by JDEdwards and then Oracle. In 2000, they became Division Manager for Cognizant Technology Solutions. In 2003, they founded and became Chief Revenue Officer of IsThmus Costa Rica, and also held the role of Expert Advisor - Offshore IT Outsourcing - Top 5% Leader for Gerson Lehrman Group. In 2009, they became CEO of Accelerance, Inc., a premier global outsourcing advisor. In 2020, they became a Member of the Alliance of Chief Executives.

Andy Hilliard received their MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, with a focus on International Business, Strategy, Finance, and Marketing. Andy also holds an MBA from London Business School, with a focus on International Strategy. Hilliard's undergraduate degree is a BSBA from the University of Denver, with a focus on Finance, Marketing, and Epistemology. Andy also attended Phillips Academy, a preparatory school.
