Adrian Batos-Parac

Adrian Batos-Parac is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in backend development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at Accelerant since April 2024, Adrian previously held the position of Senior Software Developer Team Lead at Form3 from March 2022 to April 2024. Prior roles include Senior Software Developer at Accedian, where responsibilities included coordinating development efforts for performance analytics products, and Amdocs, where Adrian contributed as a software architect for distributed service platform solutions. Additionally, experience spans roles at Bridgewater Systems in various capacities, including System Engineer and Co-op Software Designer, along with early testing and development positions at Citizenship and Immigration Canada. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics from Carleton University, completed in 2008.
