Jeff Radke

Jeff Radke began their career in 1990 as Senior Vice President at Guy Carpenter. In 1996, they moved to CAT Ltd. in the same position. In 1998, Jeff became President of Select Reinsurance Ltd.

In 1999, Jeff became CEO of PXRE Group. Jeff held this position until 2008 when they joined Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd. as an Executive Committee Member. The following year, they were promoted to Director of Syndicate Management and then to Head of Group Operations in 2013. In 2016, Jeff became Group Head of Strategic Initiatives at Argo Group.

In 2018, Jeff left Argo Group to become CEO at Accelerant.

Jeff Radke attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in finance and insurance. Jeff then attended Rumson School for their post-graduate studies.
