Nikki Fleming

Nikki Fleming, MBA, CPA, is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at Accelerant, where they drive frictionless reporting for the specialty insurance risk exchange. With a strong background in financial strategy and risk management, Nikki previously held positions including Director of Finance at High Definition Vehicle Insurance and Accounting Manager at Root Inc. They began their finance career at The Motorists Insurance Group, progressing through various roles including Property/Casualty Accountant and Claims Administration. Nikki also contributes to their community as a Board Member for the Grove City Area Chamber of Commerce and serves as the Secretary and Treasurer for The Marcus Project. They earned an MBA in International Business from Tiffin University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, graduating Cum Laude from Franklin University.
