Somaliah Wallace

Somaliah Wallace is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. As a Senior Operations Manager at Accelerant since May 2025, Somaliah leads remote operations management with a focus on casualty insurance and contract management. Prior to this role, Somaliah worked as a Business and Operations Analyst at Aspen Insurance Group, where responsibilities included onboarding new business lines, designing standardized processes, and training offshore teams. At Mosaic Insurance, Somaliah served as a Business Analyst and previously as Underwriting Operations Lead for Cyber Insurance, managing data, validating reports, and orchestrating resource planning.
