Wendy Harrington

Wendy Harrington is an accomplished technology and marketing executive with extensive experience in leading corporate functions and data initiatives. Currently serving as a Board Member at Accelerant Holdings since August 2021, Wendy previously held the position of CIO for Wealth, Complementary Businesses, and Corporate Functions at TIAA from June 2019 to December 2023, overseeing technology for various corporate departments and co-leading Women in Tech. Wendy also contributed as the Chief Data and AI Officer at TIAA, where the focus was on enterprise data and artificial intelligence. Prior roles include Chief Marketing Officer at Figure, responsible for establishing a strong brand and customer acquisition strategies, and Chief Marketing Officer at Otto LLC, where the go-to-market strategy was developed for an IoT venture.
