Grant Schuster

Grant Schuster has held a variety of roles in various industries throughout their career. In 2010, they began their career with Chesapeake Spice Company as an Entrepreneurial Internship. In 2012, they joined Roti Mediterranean Grill as a Multidimensional Intern. In 2011, they held an Account Services Intern role at TBWA\\Chiat\\Day. In 2013, they returned to Chesapeake Spice Company as a Special Projects Manager, Project Manager, and Management Development Program. In 2015, they joined Curio Wellness as a Director of Lean Management Systems & Supply Chain, Supply Chain Manager, Lean Management Systems Manager, and Owner's Representative - Facility Construction. In 2019, they joined Parallel as a Senior Director of Manufacturing and Director of Continuous Improvement. In 2020, they joined Magothy Consulting Group as a Product & Innovation Consultant and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as a Committee Member. In 2021, they became a Co-Founder of Accelerant Manufacturing.

Grant Schuster received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Goizueta Business School in 2013, majoring in Marketing, Organization & Management Consulting, and Real Estate. Grant also received their BBA from Emory University in 2013, majoring in Strategy and Management Consulting. Prior to that, they attended McDonogh School from 1996 to 2009. In addition, Grant Schuster has obtained three certifications: Lean SixSigma Black Belt from 6sigma.us in April 2014, Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship from Coursera in March 2014, and LeanSixSigma Greenbelt from 6sigma.us in March 2014.
