After establishing an understanding of your medical history, strengths and weaknesses, the Accelerate Sports Performance (ASP) staff designs a science-based program to optimize performance, rehabilitate, reduce injury risk and maximize career productivity. They will educate you throughout the training process so that you may gain an appreciation for what you are doing and why, to attain a better understanding of your own body and its individual requirements. Exercise prescription is never generalized given that each athlete’s goals, history and personal physiology are unique.
