Mike Hornigold is an experienced executive with a strong background in eCommerce and sales leadership. Currently serving as EVP of eCommerce & 3PL at Accelerate since May 2020, Mike focuses on growth initiatives across owned marketplaces. As a SKU Mentor in Atlanta and Dallas, Mike contributes to a 14-week accelerator program for consumer product startups, providing mentorship on various business challenges. Previously, as Chief Growth Officer at Belnick, Inc., Mike led global sales and category management teams to enhance growth across major wholesale customers. At Kids II, Mike spearheaded the company's transition to a digital-first organization, while at The Coca-Cola Company, Mike held multiple leadership roles that emphasized eCommerce strategy and shopper insights. Mike began a career in new business development at Momentum and gained experience in account management at North Castle Partners. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Miami University, complemented by a minor in Decision Sciences.
