Tom Hollis

Tom Hollis has worked in a variety of roles in the software engineering field. In 2022, they began working as a Modelling Engineer at AccelerComm Ltd. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Software Engineer at Typhon Treatment Systems Limited. From 2007 to 2019, they worked at Imagination Technologies in various roles, including Development Platforms Architect, Principal Software Design Engineer, Senior Software Design Engineer, Leading Software Design Engineer, and Software Design Engineer. From 2004 to 2007, they were a PhD Research Student and Teaching Assistant at the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, as well as a Computing Support. In 2003, they worked as a Programmer and Network Engineer at CyberCityConnections. Finally, in 1998, they worked as an Industry Placement at Origin UK Ltd.

Tom Hollis completed their education history with a PhD in Molecular Electronics from Newcastle University in 2007. Prior to that, they earned an MEng in Microelectronics and Software from Newcastle University in 2003. Tom began their educational journey with a B in Physics from Sir John Deanes College in 1998.
