Devin May has held a variety of roles in the events and entertainment industry since 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Wholesale Coordinator for Unique Vintage, an Artist Relations Intern for the International Songwriting Competition, and a Promoter Representative for Live Nation Entertainment. In 2019, they held roles as a Venue Success Coordinator and CX Agent for Eventbrite. In 2020, they worked as a Strategic Account Manager, Sr. Event Success Manager, White Label, Sr. Event Success Manager, and User Support Specialist for Accelevents and TikTok, respectively. During their roles, they increased profitability and retention by coordinating go-to-event strategy, implementation, and post-sales service experience. Devin also monitored sales performance metrics to achieve strategic account objectives and trained, mentored, and motivated staff to instill a desire for superior performance.
