Jerome Wittamer

Jerome Wittamer is a seasoned venture capital professional and founding partner at Expon Capital, a Luxembourg-based firm that invests in early-stage technology companies with a focus on addressing global challenges aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. In addition to leadership roles at Expon Capital, Jerome serves as a board member for HelloBetter and Next Gate Tech, and has been involved with Pliops and Accelex as a board observer. Jerome's extensive industry engagement includes significant contributions to the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association, holding positions such as Board Vice-President and Chairman. Jerome also imparts knowledge as a guest lecturer at the University of Luxembourg and previously as a guest professor at Sacred Heart University, focusing on private equity and venture capital topics. Jerome holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management and a Master of Laws from Université catholique de Louvain, complemented by completion of the International Directors Programme at INSEAD.
