Robert Sottilare

Robert Sottilare, Ph.D., is the Vice President of Training & Simulation Solutions at Accelint, focusing on the development of intelligent software that enhances human-machine interactions. They have held several key positions, including Founding Director and Technology Base Division Chief at the US Simulation Training and Instrumentation Command from 1998 to 2001, and Chief Scientist and Chief Technical Officer at the US Army Research Laboratory Simulation and Training Technology Center from 2009 to 2018. Prior to joining Accelint in 2024, Robert was the Director of Learning Sciences at Soar Technology, Inc. and served as Director and Chief Technology Officer at the US Research Development and Engineering Command. Currently, Robert is pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of Central Florida.
