Hatem Balghoneim currently serves as the CEO of ACCELL since April 2021 and is a member of the Board of Directors at Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co. until May 2025. Previously, Hatem held the position of CEO at Dynamic Oil Tools from January 2017 to June 2022 and served as Vice President at Dynamic Energy from September 2012 to January 2021. Hatem was also the Chairman of the Board at Al-Ahsa Development Co. from July 2016 to June 2019 and worked at Saudi Aramco as a Drilling/Workover Supervisor and Engineer from September 2006 to August 2012. Hatem holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, completed in 2006.
