Neil Firth

Neil Firth is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with a diverse background in business incubation, data science, and defense. As the Founder of Re4lise since July 2022, Neil focuses on investing and business incubation, and recently established Accelleo in July 2023, specializing in UK Sovereign Applied AI. Previously, Neil served as Director and Chair at Techmodal Ltd from July 2016 to January 2022, emphasizing data science in the defense sector. In addition, Neil held the position of Chief Executive at the UK Ministry of Defence from May 2006 to July 2015, where a 2-star Civilian role was also undertaken. Neil's early career in the private sector spanned from June 1981 to May 2006, focusing on business growth, mergers and acquisitions, and operations with notable organizations such as BP, PWC, DHL, and UPS. Neil holds a BSc in Physics from Durham University, completed between 1978 and 1981, and attended Morley Grammar School and Morley High School earlier in life.
