Dirk Hertel has a strong background in product safety and reliability, with extensive experience at companies like Accelleron and ABB Turbocharging. Dirk has held various leadership roles, including Head of Product Safety and Reliability, Manager of Core Component Development, General Manager for Engineering Support & Mechatronics, Head of Mechanical Integrity and Design Concepts, and Senior Engineer in Materials and Mechanical Integrity of Turbines. Dirk has also completed education programs in Artificial Intelligence for Business, Strategic R&D Management, and holds a Dr. Ing. degree in Maschinenbau from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
