Hiren Patel

Hiren Patel has a strong background in sales and business development. Hiren is currently working as the Head of Sales - Europe at Accellix since May 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Business Development Manager - Private Healthcare at Novacyt Group from March 2020 to April 2021. Hiren also served as the Director of International Sales at CytoSMART Technologies BV from April 2019 to December 2019. Hiren has experience as a Regional Sales Manager at Novogene Europe from October 2018 to April 2019, and as a Business Development Manager at Bioline from February 2016 to October 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked at Sigma-Aldrich, initially as a Sales Representative - Academia Research Sales from December 2011 to July 2015, and later as a Senior Sales Representative - Academia Research Sales from July 2015 to February 2016.

Hiren Patel attended Kingston University from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences, General. Following this, they pursued further education at the same university from 2003 to 2007, completing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Microbiology and Mycoplasmology.
