Lucas Harper

Lucas Harper, CAIA, has extensive experience in investment management and venture capital, beginning as a Senior Financial Analyst at Asset Strategy Consulting and advancing to roles including Regional Director at InvestorForce, where substantial investment searches were conducted. Harper served as Vice President at Wilshire Associates, leading the development of a significant hedge fund business, and later as Principal at Santa Monica Capital Group, providing advisory services across various sectors. Currently, Harper is the Chief Investment Officer of Innventure, which focuses on disruptive technologies, while also holding multiple board observer and advisory roles in companies such as AeroFlexx and PureCycle Technologies. Education was completed at the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a BA in Economics.
