Rich Perley has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Rich started their career at Motorola in 1988, where they played a key role in the launch of Motorola cellular in Canada and successfully expanded market share. After leaving Motorola, Perley joined Telular Corporation as Vice President of Marketing and spearheaded the expansion of their product portfolio, resulting in a significant increase in revenue.

In 1996, Perley joined Xplore Technologies as a Co-Founder and Vice President of Marketing & Services. Rich contributed to the company's growth from a concept to a sustainable, publicly traded, and profitable company. In 2006, they transitioned to Augmentix (Dell Rugged ODM) as Vice President of Marketing & Services, where they led a product and marketing transformation.

Perley co-founded Kinetex in 2010, an Austin-based sales and business accelerator, where they leveraged their experience and global network to provide business, marketing, and sales velocity to Fortune 500 and early-stage growth companies. Rich then joined Wistron in 2015 as Vice President of Business Development, where they established a new Customer Experience Leadership Group and delivered major new customers and partnerships in growth markets.

In 2018, Perley held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Ayro Inc, a leader in all-electric, purpose-built vehicles designed for commercial applications. Simultaneously, they founded PerlTek Group, offering integrated agency and fractional leadership services to early-stage and accelerated growth companies.

Most recently, in 2022, Perley assumed the role of Chief Marketing Officer at Accelsius, where they empower data center and telecom operators with next-generation cooling systems. The Accelsius NeuCool Platform combines patented direct-to-chip, passive cooling technology with professional services to ensure performance improvements and continued uptime for data center operators. Overall, Perley's work experience showcases their expertise in marketing, business development, leadership, and strategic planning across various industries.

Rich Perley attended McMaster University where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors B.Com.) degree. Rich'sstudies mainly focused on Marketing, Strategy, and Finance.
