Lisa Young is a seasoned global business leader and retired Senior Partner at EY, bringing over 36 years of experience in global operations, governance, and P&L management. Currently, Lisa serves on the Board of Directors for several companies, including Accelus and Valo Health, where they hold the position of Audit Committee Chair. Previously, as EY's Americas Director of Recruiting, Lisa managed a substantial budget and led a team that significantly enhanced recruitment efforts across the Americas. Lisa's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion has been recognized through various accolades, including being named one of Pennsylvania’s Best 50 Women in Business. They are currently pursuing a BBA in Accounting and Finance at Texas Tech University.
