Bradley Summers is an IT professional with experience in various roles such as IT Systems Engineer II, NOC Analyst II, Desktop Support Technician, and Help Desk Technician. With a background in supporting internal and external clients, Bradley has demonstrated proficiency in implementing and maintaining backup operations, deploying network probes, developing automation workflows, and troubleshooting network outages. Bradley also has experience in supporting staff and students during testing periods in a school district setting. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering at Western Governors University.
