Scott Isbell

Scott Isbell is a seasoned professional in the IT industry with extensive experience in engineering and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Professional Services Engineer at VC3 since March 2017, Scott has previously held significant roles at mindSHIFT, a subsidiary of Ricoh USA, from 1995 to 2016, where responsibilities included managing major customer projects and leading teams. Earlier experience includes positions as a Technology Systems Engineer, wherein Scott successfully expanded the Ricoh IT Services business, and as a Customer Engineer II, focusing on customer retention and troubleshooting. Scott began a career in 1987 at Lanier Worldwide as a Senior Copier Technician, overseeing account management and maintenance. Scott holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronics Technology from ITT Technical Institute in Buena Park, California.
