Yasmine Hamdi has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Yasmine started their career as a Commercial then moved on to roles at various companies such as Adecco Onsite Solutions, Randstad, Louis Vuitton, SFR Business, Amazon, Universign, and finally at Accenta.ai as the Head of People and Culture Development. Yasmine'sroles have ranged from recruitment to talent management and development, showcasing their expertise in the field.

Yasmine Hamdi pursued their education in the field of Management and Human Resources, starting with a BTS in Negotiation and Customer Relationship from Stephenson Formation in 2008-2010. Yasmine then continued with a License in Human Resources Management with an option in Interim Jobs from IMC-Randstad in 2010-2011. Yasmine furthered their studies at IGS-RH, where they completed a Master 1 in Human Resources Management in 2013-2014, followed by a diploma in Management and Leadership of Human Resources in 2014-2015. In 2021, they focused on developing their expertise in remuneration policies at Liaisons Sociales Formation. Finally, in 2022, they enhanced their skills in social relations management at Lefebvre Dalloz.
