Alberto Lapi

Alberto Lapi is the Head of Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, and HR Policies for Italy, Greece, and Israel at Accenture, where they manage initiatives related to employee wellbeing, union relations, and labor law compliance. Prior to this role, Alberto served as an HR Business Partner at Accenture and was responsible for HR processes in the Financial Services Market. Alberto's career also includes experience as the Parma's Office Responsible at ManpowerGroup and an HR Assistant internship at Ferrari.
