Alka Gupta

Alka Gupta is a results-oriented professional with over 20 years of experience in leading operations and enabling functions related to risk and compliance, HR, and learning and development. They currently serve as a Senior Manager in Customer Operations at Accenture in the Philippines. Previously, Alka held leadership positions at Genpact, including Assistant Vice President of Training, Business Quality, and Learning & Development, where they managed teams focused on employee lifecycle processes and operational compliance. Alka is a graduate of Harvard University's Leadership Development Program and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Jiwaji University.
