Allison McDowell

Allison McDowell (Lee) is a Product & Service Innovation Strategy Manager at Accenture, specializing in human-centered design and strategy within the Consumer and Citizen spaces. At Accenture, they lead various innovation projects, including the Climate Equity Collaborative and adaptive innovation strategies for notable clients. Previously, Allison held roles at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., and T.Y. Lin International, while also engaging in multiple positions at Accenture from Digital Business Integration Analyst to Senior Innovation Designer. Allison is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at the University of Notre Dame and is studying abroad at The University of Western Australia.
