With a profound background in advising C-suite executives and institutional investors, André focuses on macro and industry trends while identifying growth opportunities in emerging markets and technology. Previously, they served as the Global Head of Emerging Market Rates Research at HSBC, where they built high-performing teams and achieved top industry rankings. André holds an MPhil in Finance and Economics from Cambridge University and an MSc in Programme Management from the University of Oxford.
