Andrew Eddy

Andrew Eddy is currently the Talent Strategy & Development Director at Accenture, leading learning initiatives across the Growth Markets. Andrew previously served as a Management Consultant at Accenture, where they provided strategic guidance for global learning technology implementations impacting thousands of employees. Additionally, Andrew worked as an Online Learning Consultant for Transport for London, developing a learning strategy for 30,000 employees. They also held the position of e-learning Business Consultant at IMC (UK) Ltd., successfully leading LMS implementations across Europe. Andrew is pursuing a Master’s in East Asian Studies at McGill University while also studying at SOAS.
