Anima Shroff

Anima Shroff is the Managing Director at Accenture IndustryX in North America, where they lead initiatives to digitize and modernize manufacturing solutions for clients. Prior to this role, Anima served as Program Delivery Director for M&A Separation at Dow from 2016 to 2020 and held various positions, including Delivery Lead at Dow - Sadara and Technology Delivery at Cargill. Anima began their career at Accenture in 1995 and also worked as a Tech Architect at both HB Fuller and Dow Chemical. They earned a degree in Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn from 1990 to 1995.
