Ann Phillips is a Senior Product Manager and Software Engineering Leader with over 15 years of experience in delivering enterprise software solutions. Previously, they served as a Global Software Leader and Master Black Belt at General Electric, where they defined and executed Six Sigma practices for software and chaired software quality councils. Ann has also held positions at GE Transportation and GE Power, managing large teams and successfully transitioning software development methodologies to agile.
