Anshul Joshi possesses over two decades of experience in operations management within the insurance and consulting industries. Anshul began the career at IBM Global Process Services as a Senior Manager in Operations from August 2001 to July 2012. Following this, Anshul served at Marsh McLennan Global Services India Private Limited as Offshore Claims Head from August 2012 to June 2019, where significant contributions were made to the development of offshore claims handling capabilities. Anshul then became Vice President of Operations at WNS from June 2019 to May 2023, leading offshore delivery for prominent accounts in the London Market insurance sector. Currently, Anshul holds the position of Global Delivery Leader at Accenture since August 2024. Anshul studied at G D Birla Memorial School and earned a BA in Management from Robert Gordon University.
