Beca Driscoll

Beca Driscoll is an innovative leader focused on increasing equity and access to professional careers through modern apprenticeship at Accenture and beyond, utilizing creative talent strategy and cross-sector workforce development solutions. They served as Communications Manager and Project Coordinator at All Hands Volunteers from 2008 to 2010, and held roles in operations and project management at Habitat for Humanity and Persevere Disaster Relief. From 2011 to 2019, Beca worked as a Senior Manager in Consulting - Strategy & Organization Design at Accenture, currently serving as the Director of North America Future Talent - Talent Strategy & Apprenticeship Program. Beca is pursuing multiple degrees at Boston College and Duke University, including a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Studies and International Relations, as well as an MBA in Strategy and Social Entrepreneurship.
