Beck Bailey

Beck Bailey serves as the Global Chief Diversity Officer and Managing Director at Accenture since April 2021, bringing extensive experience in inclusion and diversity initiatives. Prior to this role, Beck held key positions at the Human Rights Campaign, including Director and Deputy Director of the Workplace Equality Program from June 2014 to April 2021. Beck's career also includes consultancy work from 2009 to 2014 and significant operational leadership roles at National Promotions & Advertising and Don't Panic! Designs, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Virginia Tech.
