Ben Costello

Ben Costello is an experienced professional with a strong background in academia and the business sector. As a Teaching Assistant at Dublin City University, Ben supported over 500 students, delivering lectures and developing course materials while upholding high academic standards. Ben then transitioned to Scandinave Spa Whistler, where leadership as a Reservations Team Leader enhanced team performance in a high-pressure environment. At Accenture, Ben advanced through several roles, ultimately leading a team to significantly improve new hire integration and reduce customer processing turnaround times for a public sector client. Ben holds both an MSc and a BSc from Dublin City University, graduating with honors in both fields.
