Benjamin Roome

Benjamin Roome, PhD, is the co-founder and artificial intelligence ethicist at Ethical Resolve, where they have focused on developing ethical decision-making capacities within organizations since 2014. They also serve as the Chief Learning Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Badge List, enhancing learning experiences and digital credentialing since 2015. Previously, Benjamin held positions as a research fellow at the Science and Justice Working Group and as an assessment manager at Open English. Alongside their professional pursuits, they are currently a member of the Technology Vision Advisory Board at Accenture and have taught philosophy at UC Santa Cruz. Benjamin is pursuing a BA in Philosophy at UC San Diego and holds a PhD in Philosophy from UC Santa Cruz.
