Managing Director

Beth Symonds is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and customer relationship management, particularly within the healthcare and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Accenture since November 2016, Beth oversees BPO services and is responsible for customer relationships, delivery oversight, and financial management. Prior to this role, Beth worked at Concentrix as a Healthcare Project Executive, focusing on customer care and sourcing strategies, and held a similar position at IBM Global Business Process Services. With a solid foundation at IBM Global Services, Beth managed healthcare and insurance CRM opportunities and led a matrix organization of nearly 200 employees. Early career experience includes roles as a Business Area Manager and Programmer Analyst at Continental Bank. Beth holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Illinois State University.
