Bill Collins

Bill Collins is a Principal Director at Accenture, where they coach leaders and teams through organizational transformation. Previously, they co-created the coaching practice at Future State, significantly expanding it before its acquisition by Accenture. Bill has also served as a lecturer at UC Berkeley, teaching courses on creativity and leadership, and has extensive experience as an innovation coach and in product management across various consulting and insurance firms. Additionally, Bill holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Kansas.
