Candace Durham

Candace Durham, Ph.D., SPHR, is a dynamic management consulting executive with a focus on innovation-led change enablement. They have extensive experience in delivering transformational change programs, including ERP implementations and digital strategy, and currently serve as a Senior Manager and Design Thinking Facilitator at Accenture. Candace has also held roles as an Adjunct Professor at Colorado Technical University and a Federal Project Officer at the U.S. Department of Labor. They are pursuing advanced degrees in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and hold a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
