Cara Smyth is a holistic systems-evolution thinker currently serving as the Global Senior Managing Director for Responsible Retail & Resilience at Accenture and Chair of the Board at Fashion Makes Change. Previously, they founded the Responsible Business Coalition at Fordham University and established the Fair Fashion Center while on the Executive Board at Glasgow Caledonian University. With experience as President of Jil Sander America and CEO of Menichetti International, Cara has consistently focused on integrating sustainable practices within the fashion industry. They hold a BS in Apparel Marketing from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and are an RSA Fellow.
