Carmen Crapo is the US HR Lead for the Communications, Media & Technology Client Group at Accenture, overseeing the talent agenda for Accenture's Industry X business across North America. Previously, Carmen served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Accenture Song and held various positions at Accenture, including Team Leader and Supply Chain Consultant, where they led projects that achieved significant cost savings. Carmen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus in Marketing and Logistics Management, from Central Michigan University.
