Cecil Lynch

Cecil Lynch is currently the Chief Medical Information Officer at Allymar Health Solutions and has served as an Assistant Professor in VCF Pathology Informatics at UC Davis since 2003. With extensive experience in healthcare data standards and informatics, Cecil has held roles as Chief Semantic Architect at the National Cancer Institute and National Science Advisor for the Centers for Disease Control. Cecil has contributed to various organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors for the BRIDG Model and as a Knowledge Management Consultant for the European Commission. Cecil also holds an MD from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and an MS in Medical Informatics from the University of California, Davis.
