Charu Pant has extensive experience in strategy and consulting, having worked at Tata Communications from 2012 to 2014 as an Assistant Manager and later as Manager in Organisation Design & Transformation. They further honed their expertise at Accenture from 2016 to 2018, serving as a Management Consultant and subsequently holding senior management roles within the Management Consulting team. Currently, Charu is pursuing a PGDM in Human Resources at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a BA(Hons) in Sociology at Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University.
