Christopher Green

Christopher Green is a seasoned Talent Strategy and HR Executive with a strong background in attracting and developing diverse talent. They served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy from 2007 to 2011, where they managed personnel and led combat missions, and developed training programs to enhance operational effectiveness. Currently, as the Associate Director of Talent Programs and Operations Lead at Accenture, Christopher oversees Inclusion and Diversity initiatives, focusing on the advancement of diverse employees and strategic partnerships. They possess a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
