Crystal Ho

Crystal Ho is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management and strategy consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Strategy Consultant at Accenture since October 2025, Crystal previously held the position of Operations Accounting Manager at Liberty Energy, where responsibilities included managing $400 million in monthly revenue and enhancing decision-making efficiency. Prior to that, Crystal worked at SLB in various roles, such as North America Billing and Reconciliation Manager, where $300 million in monthly receivables were managed, and Operations Planning and Resource Manager, overseeing resource management and cost optimization. Early career experience includes leadership positions in logistics and engineering, with significant achievements in managing teams and optimizing operational processes.
