Darren Chong

Darren Chong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and analytics. Currently serving as the Management Consulting Principal Director at Accenture since February 2020, Chong leads Org Analytics for Europe and Growth Markets. Prior roles include CEE/Russia/Eurasia Clients & Markets Director and China Business Group Lead at PwC Polska from April 2016 to October 2019, as well as Senior Manager in CEE Clients & Markets at Deloitte Poland from March 2012 to March 2016. Earlier in the career, Chong worked as a Marketing Executive at OPTIMAX Laser Eye Surgery Specialists. Academically, Chong holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics and HR Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a Master's Degree in Sociology from Lancaster University.
