David Bailey

David Bailey is currently the Managing Director of Power & Utilities Consulting at Accenture, where they focus on digital transformations and technology innovations to improve performance and risk profiles for energy clients. With 17 years of consulting experience in the Utility & Energy industry, David has successfully executed enterprise-level technology transformations and authored project risk management programs for significant projects. Prior to Accenture, David held various leadership roles, including Senior Manager at EY and Engagement Partner at Tata Consultancy Services, and served in the U.S. Navy as a Lieutenant specializing in submarine warfare. David earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
