Deb Exstrom

Deb Exstrom is the Managing Director of Human Resources and Global Strategic Programs Executive Director at Accenture, focusing on large global transformational programs within Human Resources. With over 30 years of experience at Accenture, Deb has held various HR leadership roles, including North America HR Lead, where they oversaw HR strategy for more than 50,000 employees. In previous positions, Deb has led global talent forecasting and planning initiatives while also contributing to Accenture’s consulting practice for utilities and financial services. They hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hastings College, a Master of Science degree from Ball State University, and a Master of Arts degree from Leicester University, and currently resides in Omaha, Nebraska.
