They have held key roles at companies such as McNally Bharat Engineering, Wipro Limited, and Accenture, where they manage large deals and drive business development initiatives. Currently, Debarghya serves as a Senior Manager - Large Deals Solution Architect at Accenture, focusing on end-to-end solutioning across multiple technologies and services. Their project management expertise is complemented by strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Outside of work, Debarghya enjoys reading, painting, writing, cooking, traveling, and gardening.
