Deepa Arjan

Deepa Arjan is currently the Global Inclusion and Diversity Lead for Avanade, having transitioned from a role in Global Strategy, Learning and Leadership Development at the same company. Previously, Deepa served as Chief of Staff - Global Operations at Goldman Sachs, where they shaped global People and Communications strategy and led initiatives within the Women’s Network Steering Group. Deepa has over ten years of experience driving culture and strategy change, and has a strong focus on inclusion and diversity advocacy. Their career also includes significant experience as a Client Relationship Manager at Goldman Sachs, where they managed key client relationships and enhanced client experiences.
